The Heidi Montag Sex Tape Saga is Over

Just in case you were really looking forward to seeing the Heidi Montag sex tape, I have some bad news: it won’t be released. Shocker? I think not – yet another publicity stunt as created by the mastermind/lunatic that is Spencer Pratt! Heidi has pulled the plug on the idea of the tape being released, and Spencer’s rep sent a letter to the company who were thinking of buying the tape that reads:

“Heidi’s made it very clear that she is not interested in releasing any tapes … It looks like she pulled the kill switch.”

It continues to say that Spencer is:

“no longer interested in further destroying their relationship by pursuing an avenue she’s so vehemently against.”

Strange that it should say that when the couple are supposed to be getting divorced – but since they both spent time in Costa Rica recently, it seems likely that they were planning on this big tall tale to get some media attention. According to them, Heidi has moved there, and Spencer is there to either win her back, or convince her to release the tape, or both. Either way, I’m glad the tape idea is off the table – Heidi Montag getting frisky is just not something that’s an attractive thought.
