The-Dream’s Divorce Papers Are Icky And Awkward

Rapper The-Dream recently filed for divorce from singer Christina Milian amid reports that he was cheating on her, just months after she gave birth to their daughter, and her official response reveals a number of details about their relationship that are kinda like, “ew.”

The-Dream originally served Milian with papers back in February, literally days before she gave birth, but according to her report, the pair “subsequently reconciled and had marital relations on numerous occasions.” Although her husband’s petition basically has each of them taking away from the relationship in assets what they brought to it, Milian counters that the original suit should be dismissed because:

• they were not living in a bona fide state of separation as he alleged.
• he served her with the papers while she was bedridden and days away from giving birth.
• they seemingly reconciled and were sleeping together after the Feb. 17 filing date, thereby altering the whole situation.
• The-Dream’s filing states that there were no minor children involved. She gave birth to their daughter on February 26.
• she’s entitled to money.

Honestly, I probably could have done with the image of the two of them having “marital relations,” especially if she was still pregnant. I wonder if he loses any rapper-cred if the ho he’s banging is a) his wife and b) basically a beached whale?
