Selena Gomez Freaks Out After Meeting Her Celebrity Crush

Selena Gomez may be dating Justin Bieber, but she was still starstruck when meeting her celebrity crush. She posted a video on YouTube last night of her meeting Shia LaBeouf backstage at a television studio.

Selena’s assistant tricked her into meeting the Transformers actor. Selena was told that she would be going to a nearby room to meet some of her fans when, in reality, she was going to Shia’s dressing room. When Selena walked in the room and saw LaBeouf, she quickly turned around and ran away. He ran after her to ask how she was and thank her for being “so sweet” to him. Selena told him she admired him and they took a few pictures together before they parted ways.

Once back in the safety of her own room, Gomez gushed about how “cute” and “handsome” Shia is, but also admitted she was mortified that she just ran away at first. She joked with her mom and assistant,

“You guys suck. You used my fans as bait.”

Shia’s assistant assured her that she had nothing to be embarassed about though. He appreciated her reaction.

“That’s actually nice and refreshing to see somebody that genuine. Trust me, he likes it.”
