| Shanna Wants You To Hack Paris & Lindsay Posted by Kim on 21 Apr 2007 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  In a Myspace blog post titled "put this in your pipe and smoke it!" (don't ask me what that means...maybe she still thought it was Friday?). Shanna Moakler posted Paris Hilton's blackberry and phone number along with Lindsay Lohans blackberry and email address (and some how Mary Kate Olsen and Brody Jenner's phone numbers were leaked as well). Here's her full message:
Don't ask me what her point was in posting this, it's not exactly going to make the fungus go away! Don't people usually mature after they have kids? | Jimmy Kimmel vs. The Media Posted by Kim on 11 Apr 2007 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I always love it when celebrities try to take on the media and the paparazzi because it's the one thing in life they CAN'T win at. They might be bigger than the law and just about everything else but this is one battle they'll never in, simply because it's a monster they've created themselves. I caught the end of Jimmy Kimmel filling in for Larry King Live a couple nights ago when he did a show about the paparazzi. He interviewed Emily Gould, the editor of Gawker.com. He mentions a post made on Gawker discussing how "fat" Kevin Costner is and then compared him to Jabba the Hut, and mentioned how pointless the post was. Um, okay...has anyone ever watched Jimmy Kimmel Live? I do just about every night and it doesn't get any more pointless than watching an old man get run over by a bus or someone's head explode or talking about how fat Star Jones is/was for the millionth time. Not to mention repeatedly showing a clip of a woman who fell through the floor for laughts. Oh, or making fun of random, non celebrities on the news . The point is that it's humorous. Until the joke is on you, I guess. You can watch the video below of Jimmy Kimmel being a hypocrite and the editor of Gawker not exactly handling herself too well below. I love heated debates like this! And man, I'd just love it if they put me up there, I would just be like "yup, we want as many psychopaths as possible following celebrities around and personally I don't really give a crap about their well being." | Avril Lavigne: Still Hard on Britney Posted by Kim on 02 Apr 2007 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  Don't let Avril Lavigne's grown up makeover fool you; she's still just as petty as she was when she first hit the scene. Here's what she has to say about Britney Spears and her recent breakdown: "What's happened to Britney is all down to who she is as a person. If you want a piece of this business you have to be able to deal with it. You can't complain about pressures, the paparazzi, the madness because that's the job." Obviously the girl has a good point, but why is it that she has to resort to bringing up Britney EVERY single time she has a record to promote? On top of that I recall Avril cussing at, spitting at and flipping off the paps. If that's her definition of dealing with it, I think Britney is doing just fine! Pot, meet kettle. | American Idol 6 - Top 10 Guys Posted by Kim & Tiff on 27 Feb 2007 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tonight on 'American Idol' season six, the remaining ten guys took the stage, all competing for a spot in the overall top ten performers. Banter between the judges and Simon was heavy as usual, with Simon at one point declaring, "I like puppies," which was quite odd, but funny. Also tonight, the contestants were encouraged to dedicate their performance to someone in their life that inspired them. Sadly, none of the ten performers tonight took the song suggestions that Kim and I provided, and frankly, at some points tonight, it seemed the theme was a salute to Jazz.  Tiff: First up was Phil Stacey, and he dedicated his performance to the Navy band, which he is a part of, and he said they encouraged him to audition for the show. His song tonight was John Waite's - "I Ain't Missin' You." He had his usual open tone, but seemed as though he was singing an octave or two lower than last week. I actually like him better singing at this octave, and thought his voice sounded very radio friendly, though I tend to agree with Simon in that it wasn't very original. I was actually surprised the judges liked the performance as much as they did. Simon also noted that he didn't think Phil would be going anywhere, and he'd be back next week. Kim: I'm not surprised at how much the judges liked his performance...he was overrated last week, and it looks like he'll continue to be so. This was an okay performance; boring in the beginning but he brought it home with the glory note at the end. Um, wait....isn't that what he did last week? Yeah, Phil, you can't ride all the way home on the end of your performances. How about entertaining us for the entire 1:30? Yeah, I'd like that. And why is the Blue Collar Comedy guy there??  Tiff: Second came Jared Cotter, with a bit of a surprising song choice with Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It On." He dedicated the performance to his parents. His song choice made me chuckle a little, I'll admit, though he sounded good, I thought he was a little pitchy and flat in sports. The beginning was miles better than the middle and end in my opinion. The hand gestures seemed over the top, but the judges loved them, which I really didn't get. Simon, though, thought the performance sounded like something on 'Loveboat,' which is amusing. Kim: Well, NOT the best song to dedicate to your parents. That's kinda creepy, but anyways. I really think Jared lacks...something. And I cant put my finger on what it is, but I think he tries to have charisma and stage presence but it all falls flat. Compare him to Nikko Smith, who sang this song in S4. Well, actually, he doesn't compare.  Tiff: Third was A.J. Tabaldo who also dedicated his performance to his parents. He chose Michael Buble's "Feelin' Good." I absolutely adored the beginning, and I liked the performance in general. I really wasn't expecting him to choose a jazzy type song, and I think it's good that he stepped outside of his box. He really has a good voice. Simon gave A.J. a compliment saying the performance was "nearly very good." A.J. is really growing on me. Next week I think he should sing Michael Jackson's "Man In The Mirror." I'd be thrilled. Kim: Yeah, the beginning was awesome. Now here's someone who really DOES have charisma and stage presence, and I think America is slowly but surely warming up to AJ. | Britneys Ex Confirms Drug Use Posted by Kim on 26 Feb 2007 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  As well as orgies and her lesbian tendencies. Obviously, Jason Alexander, the childhood friend Britney wed in Las Vegas, is trying to stretch his 15 minutes (which have been looong over) by confessing some dirty deets about Britney. He claims to be doing it becaues he fears she'll end up like Anna Nicole Smith. Some of it could be made up, but there's nothing really surprising. Here's a few of the outtakes from the interview... About An Almost Drug Overdose: She definitely had a problem with drugs when we were together - and that was three years ago. I think we took too much. We were taking capsules with pure MDMA inside. It wasn't pressed up into a tablet. It was the purest of the pure. I am a pretty big guy and at the time I was weighing 220lb and was extremely fit. We took two of those things. And it knocked my d*** in the dirt. Then it hit her and it hit her hard. In that situation, your body temperature heats up and you can die. She was sweating and overheating and her breathing was getting real slow. Other people were panicking. But we got her out the back and up to the suite. | Trump Does Not Like Pregnant Women Posted by Kim on 22 Feb 2007 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  The chauvinistic pig strikes again. TV personality Nancy O'Dell will be hosting the Miss USA pageant next month, much to Donald Trump's dismay. Apparently he wanted to replace her as the host because he doesn't like the way women look while pregnant, and I wouldn't doubt the validity of this rumor for a second. Keep in mind, this is the same man who complained about his wife being "huge" while she was pregnant and made a big deal about her not losing the weight fast enough. It's really ironic that someone as, uh, let's say "appearance challenged" like him turns out to be so superficial! Source |

| Justin's A Stoner Posted by Tiff on 05 Feb 2007 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  It's no secret that I'm not a fan of Justin Timberlake, but I was reading through today's gossip and I saw this....Apparently Justin admits to smoking pot regularly during the making of his album, 'Justified.' He also admitted to being stoned when he was on 'Punk'd.' Brilliant. Eh, idiot. I should also mention he claims he doesn't do it anymore.
