Prince William & Kate Middleton Attend Children’s Hospital Opening

Prince William and Kate Middleton attended the opening of a new Children’s Hospital in Surrey, England. Kate looked elegant in a simple white figure-hugging dress,  a pair of pale grey heels by LK Bennett and a gold and cream small clutch bag. Understated and perfect for the occasion (too much bling or colour would have looked out of place here), Kate got into the swing of being a royal, chatting alongside her husband William to patients at the new hospital, including a leukemia sufferer.

Kate looked pretty with her usual dark eyeliner – it’s one habit that she hasn’t given up since the wedding, despite constant criticism about it, but who really cares when everything else is flawlessly appropriate, and it makes her look a little more modern. The rest of her makeup is perfect and natural looking, as well as her bouncy hair. It seems like Kate is doing well fitting in and taking on the whole charity role that is expected of her. If she really is getting princess lessons as the media have suggested, they are paying off!
