Pink is hoping her young daughter Willow will turn out to be a tomboy because she wants her to do things that boys usually only do so she knows that she can do whatever she wants as she grows older. Pink says she wants her daughter to keep her free spirit and hopes she will be competitive so she learns how to win and lose in life:
”I don’t want to domesticate her spirit. I want her to be competitive and know what it’s like to win or lose. I want her to be good at things that usually only boys are good at so she knows she can do anything she wants.”
Speaking on her relationship with Carey Hart, Pink says that they make a balanced couple because she is the dramatic one and Carey is one who solves all the problems and reassures her that everything will work out. She believes they work so well because they’re also great friends and can make it through the ups and downs smoothly:
”I’m the drama queen. Carey’s the rock, the one who says ‘We’re going to be fine, we’re going to work this out.’ It works for us because he lets me be crazy. We have our ups and downs but the thing that’s consistent is that we’re really good friends and we laugh a lot. We love being a family.”
