Paris Headed Back To Jail?

So yeah, we’re all upset that Paris managed to get out of jail quick. But it turns out this ain’t over. The district attorney isn’t happy that the Sheriff let someone slide because of their celebrity. Now, a judge has summoned Paris BACK to court tomorrow morning for a hearing with the possibility of Paris getting sent back to jail. Wow, just think Paris goes to jail, gets out and then her dreams are crushed once again. This is more than we ever could’ve dreamed of folks. But is that even legal? I thought it fell under double jeopardy or something, but what do I know.

    Double jeopardy just prevents someone from being tried twice for the same crime. She isn’t being tried again; where her sentence will be carried out is just being reexamined in light of the sheriff’s actions. Since she was there because of a probation violation, the judge probably should and will have the final say.
