Nicole Richie, who played a diva on TV in “The Simple Life,” says she has nothing on Queen Elizabeth. In preparation for a meeting with the queen at the recent Royal Variety Performance, Nicole posted the strict rules of etiquette on her Twitter account, calling the British monarch “a DIVA with a capital D!!(sic).” In related news, the pot has once again called the kettle black.
