Lindsay Lohan Kicked Off the Ugly Betty Set!

All good things must come to an end for Lindsay Lohan…and she only has herself to blame.  After landing a six episode gig on ABC’s Ugly Betty, the actress has already been booted from the show.  Here’s what Kristin Viech of E! has to say about it:

According to my sources, the main driving force for this decision is that Lindsay was not gelling creatively with the series. “She was not so interested in creating a character,” another reliable insider close to Betty tells me. “She was more interested in just playing herself, and that doesn’t work on a show like this with such heightened reality.”

There are more rumors going around about exactly what went down on this set.  Apparently things got pretty bad between her and America Ferrera, and Lindsay wanted the same type of star treatment, even though she’s just a guest star.  The NY Post also says that Lindsay and her entourage messed up her dressing room so much that it had to be repainted after she left.  Yikes.  It looks like her part on Ugly Betty has been scaled back from 6 episodes to 4.
