Kelly Clarkson Fires Manager

Kelly Clarkson might be doing all she can to fight her label and make her album successful, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t have a tough road ahead. The original ‘American Idol’ winner fired manager Jeff Kwatinetz of the Firm, and she’s signed on with Narvel Blackstock, the husband of country singer, Reba McEntire.

Going against the establishment [record labels] is never easy, but it can and has been done before. It will be interesting to see how this album truly plays out in the end.
