Katherine Heigl Explains Awkward Hot Tub Incident

Katherine Heigl was having some alone time with husband Josh Kelley when their date was turned into a night talking to the cops. Katherine and Josh were relaxing in their back yard, soaking in their hot tub together. Katherine explains:

“It was just the two of us, it was like 8:30, 9 o’clock at night. [Josh] has been gone, he’s been on tour. He’s only home for three days … We were totally just hanging out and making out in the hot tub – and by the way, it was so PG.”

Soon, Katherine’s nosy neighbor began to shout at the couple:

“This [neighbor] guy is always screaming at us, he starts screaming at us to go inside, and I’m like, ‘I’ve had it. I’ve had enough of this. This is ridiculous. It’s harassment, and I’m calling the police.’ “

When the cops showed up, Katherine who admits that her bikini was “ridiculous” was photographed talking to the police while scantily clad:

“We don’t put a towel on, we don’t put a robe on, we just go out there to chat about this neighbor we can’t stand in our bathing suits and my boobs look ridiculous!I think the thing that is most hilarious is that there’s new footage of Josh and I in our bathing suits, like talking to the cops, we’re like the most boring couple in Hollywood, and that’s the most scandalous thing we’ve ever done.”
