Kate Winslet Opens Up About Posing Nude

Kate Winslet is no stranger to posing nude, but she recently revealed that it’s only easy for her to do because of photographer Mario Testino. According to Kate, Testino’s biggest strength is “making women look beautiful.” Because of this skill, it’s easy for stars to trust him when faced with posing nude for a photo shoot.

“When Mario turns to you and says, ‘It’s beautiful, but I think it would work better naked, no?’ How can one refuse?”

Winslet also insists that Testino is a “magician” because he makes women feel good depsite any insecurities they may have.

“One moment you are in the hair and makeup chair fully clothed and wishing you had smoother skin, longer legs and smaller feet and then Mario comes in and in that charming way he takes you by the
hand and says, ‘Don’t worry it’s going to be amazing.’”

Of his reputation for making his subjects look and feel beautiful, Testino says he “would never let them down” and is proud that people trust him.
