Hey guys, sorry about the lack of updates around here! Things should be back to normal next week though. In the meantime, check out what these other blogs are dishing up:
Britney Spears gets interviewed by Ryan Seacrest. [Hollywood Backwash]
Lane Garrison gets off easy with 3 years in prison. [PotP]
Another potential flop from Angelina Jolie. [Celeb Warship]
Lance Armstrong was seen making out with Ashley Olsen? Yuck, someone tell this guy to grow up! [Holy Candy]
So….Dog the Bounty Hunter is a racist. Yeah what a shock that this guy is a tool. [Evil Beet]
Kelly Osbourne has slimmed down a TON, but her arms still look like sausages. [Faded Youth]
VIDEO: Okay, I have a Hallowen tradition. Every year I watch “Thriller” by Michael Jackson (and attempt to reenact the dance) and “Everybody” by The Backstreet Boys. So join in the fun and check ‘em both out below:
Wow, Sabrina was NOT good at all last night but I didn’t even expect her to be in the bottom two! That’s crazy how someone can be the front runner and then go home 7th after on bad performancce. Sucks for her; you could tell she really wanted to win.
Some people are probably happy about this because she actually had something like 16 years of dance training (and even teaching) under her belt. Did anyone else catch Jane Seymour’s snippy little jab at her earlier in the show? Anyways, Cameron & Edyta were also in the bottom two. I would’ve been fine and dandy if those two had gotten the boot. But SERIOUSLY can we get the old folks off of the stage?? I’m talking about you Jane and Marie! Go home already.
The elimination show tonight was great. I loved the two dances with the pros, and the distraction from Barry Manilow was a good thing. Last night’s show had some good stuff too….
Mel & Maksim got a perfect 30 for their rumba. It wasn’t that good. Really. I liked it and all but she’s not that graceful and it should’ve been smoother. But I still like these two.
There was a cool Grease-esque group dance too.
Jennie & Derek’s performance was cute and fun; she no longer bores me, and that’s a good thing. Jane and Tony….why are they still on the show? “Camyta” was bland; those two really don’t have any chemistry. And for the fourth week in a row they showed Helio after 9pm and I missed his performance AGAIN! Isn’t the order supposed to be random?
Okay, so I think the final 3 should be Juliane & Helio, Mel B. & Maksim and ………. eh, honestly I dont think any of the others really deserve it! Let us know which couple is your favorite.
Who's your favorite DWTS couple?

The judge finally made his ruling in the case between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline in regard to their sons. Britney has not regained custody of her sons. Instead, she will have visitation from 12 PM - 7 PM two days a week, and, she will have one overnight visit. She also must childproof the pool area of her home.
TMZ reports the following quote from Spears’ parenting coach:
And then the most damning comment from the parenting coach” “The problem is that unless Ms. Spears realizes the consequences of her behavior and the impact that it has [on] her children, nothing is going to be successful.”
Basically, what everyone has been saying the whole year.

“I’m Miss American Dream since I was seventeen….”
Given the interesting, tumultuous, and somewhat tragic year [at least in terms of a career] that Britney Spears has had, it’s safe to say ‘Blackout’ has been, perhaps, the most anticipated album of 2007. Some people remain die-hard fans in spite of her choices, and others of us are just curious.
‘Blackout’ overall has a very dance-friendly vibe. In ‘Piece of Me’ and ‘Freakshow’ Britney seems to mock the media, the naysayers, and her circumstances. ‘Gimme More’ will probably forever remind me of the VMA performance, but dare I say I love the opening of “It’s Britney, bitch?” I admit it, I do. ‘Radar’ is reminiscent of the Eurythmics mixed with a bit of a forties sound. ‘Break the Ice’ reminds me of something you would hear while in a club dancing, flashing lights and strobes. In ‘Get Naked, (I Got a Plan)’ the background vocals distract me more than actually paying attention to what Britney sings. ‘Toy Soldier’ is the only song on the album that I absolutely despise. I just can’t make myself like it. ‘Hot As Ice’ is a song that’s grown on me. ‘Ooh, Ooh Baby’ has a bit of a forties sound as well, with a rolling vocal, if the forties had modern dance tracks, that is. ‘Perfect Lover’ is not one of my favorite songs on the album, but I don’t hate it either. The vocals are very light, and I almost think it would have been better if she had sung out a little more. And, the album closes with ‘Why Should I Be Sad,’ which has a bit of an R&B/Dance feel, and has been said to be a jab at Britney’s marriage to Kevin Federline.
Admittedly, when listening to ‘Blackout,’ Britney’s troubles were the furtherest thing from my mind. It’s actually a decent dance album. I wouldn’t be surprised if she ends up at the top of the charts again. After all, she’s not exactly that sweet, innocent little girl from Louisiana anymore, and one listen to her lyrics confirms that. But, that being said, I don’t think her hardcore fans will be disappointed.
Download this: ‘Radar.’
Rating: Three and a half of five stars.

Finally! I’ve been waiting for months now for Blake Lewis’ first single to leak (which technically, it didn’t). His debut single goes out to radio stations tomorrow, and you can listen to it and another song from his album below:
>> Break Another (the single): Listen Here <<
>> Know My Name: Listen Here <<
The verdict: the single sounds good, definetly radio friendly, but I’m not really blown away which is kind of a bummer! Still listening to the second track. Be sure to let us know what you think in the comments section.
What do you think of "Break Another"?
