Great shoot! They could’ve airbrushed her a tad bit less because she looks like a Stepford robot in the first pic, but it definitely fits the Vegas vibe.

 This morning Jordin Sparks and Blake Lewis performed on the summer concert series on the Today Show. She sang the winner single, “This Is My Now”, of course, and he sang his own remixed version of Maroon 5’s “She Will Be Loved”. There’s been a lot of talk about his morning show performances because he’s doing something that not many mainstream artists are doing right now. I haven’t gotten a chance to watch this performance yet, but I saw Regis & Kelly; it sounded pretty good to me despite a few technical problems. Anyways, I have mucho respect for him for showing off the artistry (and for TPTB allowing him to) and from what I hear this is a little taste of what we’ll see on tour!

No kissing?? I’m shocked…

Can you believe it’s been a decade since Titanic was released?  How quickly time flies, and I’m not ashamed to say I was one of many who fell in love with the movie and it’s stars Kate Winslet, and of course Leonardo DiCaprio who was probably my first celeb crush but that was about 40lbs ago.  The two are teaming up again for the movie Revolutionary Road, and here are some of the first pictures from the set.  The movie is based on a novel about a couple and their suburban family drama in the mid 1950’s.  Can’t wait until we see set pictures of the two of them together!  In the mean time, check these out:

Why must Jessica Alba ALWAYS talk about/whine about her looks? Is she competing with Evangeline Lilly for a world record or something? Now she’s talking to Parade magazine about being a ’sex symbol’, “I don’t really pay attention to all that. It’s only when people start to treat me like one that it really freaks me out. Most days I wake up and look in the mirror and go, ‘ugh.’ I don’t really think I look all that great.” Oh wow, she has bad day’s too? She’s just like us, and oh so human! More enlightening quote:

On always wanting to be an actress:
“I had a lot of tenacity from a very young age. I was pretty clear on what I wanted to do with my life – I wanted to act. My dad was like, ‘When are you going to go to regular school? “This year, for once in my life, I hope I’ll have the power to start doing what I really want to do. Maybe people will kind of see me for who I am instead of just basing their opinion on some paparazzi’s pictures of me taken on the beach.”

On the paparazzi:
“I could give two s***s about them. They’re so lame, I can’t even believe that’s a real job. I can’t imagine they even pay taxes.” I bet she’ll care when they’re NOT taking her picture!

Seriously, I think Lindsay’s dad, Michael Lohan, is a joke (and i’ll get to that later) but I suppose he’s one of the better sources of information when it comes to her….or maybe not. Now he’s running off a list of the things Lindsay is addicted to, which includes alcohol and the painkiller OxyContin (what about cocaine?). He tells E! Online, “I spoke to the people treating Lindsay, because I wanted to make sure she was getting the right care. And I’m satisfied they are doing the right thing for her, helping her detox from the painkillers and things. That’s a very important step.” I don’t see how airing her business out in the media is really going to help her, especially after her publicist issued a statement asking for privacy. Anyways, I think it’s GREAT how he goes around talking about how he’s found God and Lindsay needs to do the same….I bet he’ll be just like Kellie Pickler’s dad who said the same thing, then went and tried to stab someone and is now back in jail again.
