I’m counting down the days…no, the minutes, until the 5th season of Lost starts, and just today a new promo for the show hit the net.  The music video features The Fray singing their new song “You Found Me”, which is a pretty good fit for where the show is at the moment.  A lot of the footage is from season 3 and 4 but there are some new scenes towards the end.  Check it out below:

Okay, let me stop spazzing out for a moment here to type this up!  We finally have a date for the premiere of the 5th (and penultimate *sobs*) season of Lost….January 21st!  But that’s not all, the show is also moving back into it’s old Wednesday at 9pm timeslot.  But that’s STILL not all!  Remember that extra hour that we lost last season because of the writers strike?  Well we’re getting it back in the form of a two hour premiere, and that’s in addition to an hour long recap clip show that proceeds it.  Yay!   With this and American Idol starting the 13th, it NEEDS to be January right now!

Watching all the shows premiere for fall makes me really bummed that we still have to wait about four months until the new season of Lost kicks off. Great to see part of the cast together at a press conference that was held in Las Angeles a couple of days ago. Man, I’m still mad as heck about Michael Emerson losing the Emmy again! Ridiculous, they know he deserved that!

Now THAT’S the kind of Lost episode I like! Lot’s of stuff about Jacob, more Desmond on the freighter, Locke and Ben giving each other the evil eye, Richard! Abbadon!! Perfect.

This is SO late and that’s because I totally forgot to post it earlier! I’m not letting it go to waste though; better late than never, right? Actually, posting my Lost journal later isn’t completely a bad thing since there are so many things that you realize later (although Ive probably forgotten the things I notice right off the bat, darn).

Let me just say, that as a Skate shipper, I hated these flashbacks with the burning passion of 10,000 fiery suns.
