Yes yes, here we have count them all, pictures of Britney Spears actually looking….dare we say….happy? Yes, she’s had her visitation extended to 3 days weekly, plus an overnight allowed once a month. So she will be spending more time with her precious babies, and she is working hard towards getting 50/50 custody back. And well, she might just get that. Here she is leaving her daily Bally’s regime yesterday, and she clearly looks great, and feels it as well. About time I say.

And naturally, Kevin Federline made his parental appearance as well with his entourage and team. Let’s hope that the judges offer a little sympathy though for our formerly trainwrecked pop star and see this attendance as one of many steps on the road to recovery.

And, this may just be the case for those judges. According to TMZ, as of 10:38 Pacific Time, Britney was seen leaving the courthouse smiling, and holding hands with lawyer Blair Berk. At the very least, she should have more visitation rights, and hopefully, at some point, shared custody.

Britney Spears is back on the How I Met Your Mother set, reprising her role as a secretary on the show. Above is the first pic from the new episode she’s guest starring in; it looks like her and Niel Patrick Harris’ character have become an item and are wearing matching clothes. Brit looks really cute here! She sure cleans up well. But I still haven’t watched the first episode she was on! Looks like she’s on the fast track to becoming a regular member of the cast.

Here’s what she had to say about working on the show for the second time:

“I had such a great experience the last time I was on the show that I couldn’t wait to come back,” the singer said in a statement Monday. “I was really looking forward to working with this cast and crew again.

“Everyone was so nice,” she added. “Abby is going to have a lot of fun!”

Britney Spears looks like she’s back to some of her old tricks, but my hunch is that she is just enjoying messing with people at this point. Some guests in an elite California spa, were more than a little shocked yesterday when Britney walked through the spa area with nothing but a towel on.

Mind you, it was a REALLY big towel.

Britney spent some time at the spa undergoing a grueling workout, and then she headed back to the change rooms to take a shower. But before she got changed, she stopped back into the spa to grab a bottle of water, and used only a towel to cover herself.

As you can see from the smirk on her face, she enjoyed the whole thing, while spa guests stared in disbelief. Why though, this is a classic Britney move.

And Britney’s time at the spa, and many other gyms of late, is proof positive that she is gearing up for a comeback in a big way. There are also rumors that she’s been back in the studio setting some tracks down to accompany this comeback.

Britney Spears did so well in her brief appearance on “How I Met Your Mother” that there has been a lot of talk about whether she will do it again. They do want her back, and you can’t exactly blame them. This prime time comedy hit an all new ratings high when Britney was featured as a guest.

But, now that she’s in such high demand, she’s not exactly rushing to the table with her pen. Nope, she needs to approve the script first. She has been given the offer to do another episode, but the episode hasn’t been written yet and she won’t confirm until it has.

What is she expecting do you think? I mean, it’s a comedy for heaven’s sake. I can’t see too much that would be balked at. But perhaps she’s looking for a little more on-screen time, and maybe more than half a dozen wardrobe changes. Who knows with this girl.

Just when ya thought the diva was gone, she’s right back in there. Oh brother.
