It looks like it wasn’t all just an elaborate act of Pop Fiction. A number of sources, including People, are reporting that Beyonce & Jay Z did indeed get married over the weekend. So far there aren’t any photos from the ceremony, except the ones above of Beyonce’s sister Solange, her father and Jay’s mother heading to the ceremony at his apartment in Tribeca. I did hear something about her dress being covered in feathers…..which doesn’t really surprise me one way or the other. I wonder who did the designer, Tina or Elie Saab? Cause you know it was one of the two.

I alway hate posting rumors like this, because they rarely end up being true, but here goes anyways. i heard that Beyonce and Jay had supposedly taken out a marraige license earlier this week. Now a couple of sources are saying the two are actually getting married today! The only details that have “leaked” are that the guest list is very small but “star studded” with the likes of Venus and Serena Williams (exciting.) , the location was not listed on the invitations and that the guests were instructed to wear all ivory. Um….say what?!? Unless Bey is wearing all gold sequins, I’m not sure what bride would want all their guests wearing the same color as them! Actually, I wouldn’t put the sequins past her…

I thought it sounded pretty ridiculous that Beyonce would be playing the part of Etta James in the upcoming film, “Cadillac Records”.  Here’s a real picture of Ms. James:

 So now we know it looks as ridiculous as it sounds.   The singer herself said “I don’t think she looks like me, but that’s all right. They can fix that up.”  Well her father is the producer (big surprise!) so what do you expect?

Beyonce and Gabrielle Union both showed up, lookin’ cute as usual, at one of the NBA All Star after parties yesterday.   Gabrielle always has the cutest hair styles! I’ll have to take one of these pics in to my stylist one of these days.
