Britney Spears Has a Normal Weekend

Most people spend their weekends performing fairly normal routines such as errand running, lunching with the family, and spending time with the kiddos. Britney doesn’t have the luxury of being normal by any stretch, so when she does get some average time clocked, it seems to bode well for her.

Britney spent the weekend with her mom Lynne in California this weekend, and standard girly activities rocked the agenda. The two went shopping in Beverly Hills, and enjoyed some mommy and me time over dinner in Los Angeles.

Staff at the restaurant said were it not for their last name, they would have appeared like any other mom and daughter, even dining on girly foods like sushi and salads. Both Spears women were said to have looked prettier than they ever have, with Britney glowing and happy and sporting new highlights and hair extensions.

And Lynne was taking some time for herself after spending the last several weeks helping out her other daughter, Jamie Lynn with her new baby. So Lynne enjoyed some good R & R as well.

It’s pretty sad when you make news just because you had a normal weekend with your mom, but given all that Britney’s gone through this past year, I think it’s great. Her comeback is as strong as predicted, and perhaps even more so. Props to her!
