Pete Doherty Out of the Clink!

I guess this is just life as a celebrity, though I am seriously confused as to why this even went on this long. Pete Doherty has just been released from London’s Wormwood Scrubs prison. As of this morning, Pete Doherty is a free man, all after serving 29 days of a 14 week sentence. Hmmm…And what a proud man he was. Just moments after being sprung, Pete waved his get out of jail free card to the waiting paparazzi. Yay! Pete Doherty passed a drug test? I wonder who he got to take it for him since we all know he’s been dipping into the happy sauce the whole time he’s been in there.

And as far as describing his stay, for those of you that care, Pete described it as a bit rough, and a little overcrowded. He says, “Although they do their best …. they can’t cater for the average junkie.”

So many things wrong with THAT sentence! What? They’re supposed to be “taking care of” the junkies now? I hate to ask how….

Not only that, but I think the day that Pete Doherty is considered an ‘average’ junkie, will be the same day we can ice skate in well, you know where.

Pete’s first plans of his freedom days, to run home and drink a rum and coke. All this while I am sure the prison meal staff were still clearing away the breakfast dishes. And I am sure rum and coke is just you know, *code* for something else.
