People Magazine has unveiled the cover for it’s annual 100 Most Beautiful People issue with Kate Hudson on the cover. Why does it feel like she’s gotten this title at least a couple of times now? The issue isn’t out until this Friday, but they’ve already released a preview of the list which includes Carrie Underwood, Vanessa Hudgens, the cast of Gossip Girl, Jason Taylor, Salma Hayek, Sarah Silverman (lol), Jessica Alba & Cash Warren, and Rumer Willis. No, I’m not kidding about that last one, Rumer really did make the list; check out the photo below:

    I think the whole world is stunned by Rumer Willis making the list. I’m thinking money changed hands for that. She is one of the homeliest girls in Hollywood. Her huge jaw & squinty eyes?? People must be blind or paid off by Bruce or Demi. What a travesty when there are so many gorgeous celebrities who should have been on the list instead of that weirdo.
