Britney’s Going on Tour!

Here is our dear girl Britney Spears actually looking like, Britney Spears. She’s out on the town having dinner in L.A. with her brother, on the day of her sister’s birthday. Where’s Jamie Lynn? Guess she’s getting tired of the fat pictures, cuz she was hanging out at home in Kentwood on the night of her own birthday.

The biggest Britney news of late is NOT that she’s cutting out the frapps (though many STILL don’t believe it) but that her record label BMG is getting her ready for a tour. A tour that will come to the tune of $100 cool mil’s budget wise, and is geared to show the world that Britney’s going back to her clean cut self.

BMG is excited to launch her comeback tour, and her PR peeps are scrambling to do damage control hoping her squeaky clean image will return to America once again. Hmmm..not sure about that. Damage control is one thing, but I really don’t see all of America just *forgetting* that she’s a total wingnut, or what kind of nutso behavior she’s capable of.

Not to say this won’t be a good thing for her, and just what her career needs. So the countless hours she’s logging at the Millenium Dance Complex are preparing her for this major event. Given that she does have a known mental health problem though, this really COULD go either way. And yes, it always comes back to the meds, doesn’t it? If she can stay on ‘em, we may just witness a record breaking comeback here.
