David and Victoria Beckham in Paris

David and Victoria Beckham celebrated David’s 100th soccer game for England in Paris the other night. They poshy posh couple dined at Baccarat for a midnight meal at the very same restaurant that Eva Longoria and Tony Parker used for their wedding rehearsal. This was a special night for David, as he is now ranked as the fifth Englishman to ever play 100 soccer games for his country.
So…while Victoria is trying to make the ‘most Birkens owned’ stat, David is making history in England for an entirely different sport. As the couple walked into the restaurant, the guests all applauded for him, and even though the 100th game was a loss for David and his teammates, he was all smiles.
At the game, David was supported by his three beautiful babies, his gorgeous wife, and his father. And even though the game ended in a 1-0 victory for France, David received a standing ovation and still describes it as the proudest moment in his life.
There was no champagne on the menu as the smashing couple dined in Paris, however, the Baccarat did present David with a soccer ball shaped cake decorated with sparklers. Aww, but not enough to outshine the always glam Mrs. Becks.
The pair are expected back in America soon to prepare for David’s match on Saturday with the L.A. Galaxy against Denver.
