Nicole Richie Designer Extraordinaire!

Nicole Richie has been keeping herself busy these days, and it’s not just because she’s been taking care of new baby Harlow. Word is that Nicole will be hitting the design scene and is starting with her own jewelry line.We all know Nicole well as one of Tinseltown’s hottest style symbols, so it will be very interesting to see where this goes. She wants to start with costume jewelry, she personally likes to play with different accessories and mix and match different pieces.

Nicole’s work will be produced through a company known as Mouawad, which is a great start. Mouawad is the same production company that showcases Heidi Klum’s collection. Nicole is working right now with artist Shelley Gibbs, who will be the sketch genius behind Nicole’s ideas.

But it won’t be just the bling that Nicole will bring out. She’s got her mind on some baby and children’s clothing, in the future, and a possible fragrance in the pipeline. Not surprising with the new mom status under her belt. Daddy dearest is proud of Harlow’s mommy, saying she’s actually being modest about it all.

Well, time will tell. I’m excited to see what she brings out. As she has matured into mommy and fashion icon, there has been little I’ve complained about, so it will be fun to see where this goes.
