That or she’s wearing a Nicole Riche wig. These pics were taken of Hilary in Miami on Dec 30. So maybe she just wanted a fresh start for the new year….sorta.

    That is totally not her…especially the second pic. On the forum where these pictures were on they said it too…. :) But it would be nice if she had her blonde hair back!
