Mischa Barton Gets Her DUI

Mischa Barton is officially a part of the club, after getting her first DUI earlier this morning. She was arrested at 2:45 am in West Hollywood also for possession of illegal narcotics and driving without a license. The cops didn’t have a hard time spotting it seems; TMZ says she was strattling two lanes. She’s still in custody being held on $10,000 bail. Nice to see another druggie loser get caught.

I’ve had several DUI’s myself and I can tell ya, it’s always heart-warming to see a “professional” get one too!! However, there is a slight difference; in CA it seems to be a big slap on the wrist and in PA you get months in jail, years with no license and fines in the $1000’s!!
