New Jordin Sparks Promo Pics

Jordin’s awful debut single “Tattoo” debuted at #58 on the billboard charts this week, and her album is set to drop on November 20th, but apparently she still has quite a bit to do before the album is finished.  Here’s what she said in the latest update:

“It’s all very exciting, but also kind of scary, because it doesn’t give me a lot of time to finish it,” she said. “I’m out here in L.A., finishing up the record, and then they’re sending me back to New York to write some more songs, and then I’ll be coming back to master it and set the order for the songs. … I’m trying really, really hard to finish it.”

She also claims that the record label has been “hands off” and has given her a lot of freedom.  Um, after hearing “Tattoo”, she never should’ve admitted that.  But she’s been working with producers/writers who have a good track record, and apparently her second single features Chris Brown, so maybe we’ll get better material out of her.  At least her promo pics are cute!
