Dreamgirl Nabs Disney Role

Remember Anika Noni Rose, the underrated third member in Dreamgirls? Well she’s finally getting the attention she deserves by nabbing the highly sought after voice over roll in Disneys upcoming animated movie, The Frog Princess. The movie is groundbreaking for Disney because it will feature their first black princess….it only took them, what, 70 years? Annika beat out Dreamgirls costar Jennifer Hudson as well as Tyra Banks and Alicia Keys for the role.
