Lindsay’s Lawyer Is Pissed

It looks like the lawyer representing Lindsay Lohan is pissed off. Why? Because the results of the toxicology report (the reason she went to rehab) were leaked to the media. Earlier, we reported about Lindsay having driven drunk and high when she crashed her car, and ultimately shacked up in rehab…probably to avoid time in prison. But, considering the post-Paris jail era, she and Nicole Richie might just be looking at doing some harder time.

In regard to the results being leaked, her lawyer, Blair Berk said:

This is an ongoing investigation. It is shameful that law enforcement would be selling stories, let alone unverified ones.” Jane Robison, spokeswoman for the Los Angeles District Attorney, says, “Our office has not received the final toxicology reports - only preliminary results - and the police have not formally filed a case yet.”
