Kirsten Dunst Has a New Man

Oh wow, this is almost news. When Kirsten Dunst was first connected to Drew Barrymore’s leftovers Justin Long (NOT all that long ago) I was not the least surprised. But it seems things with Justin have gone a little stale. Now Kiki has been connected with MGMT frontman Andrew Vanwyngarden. Kirsten Dunst with a rocker? Well, it will certainly support her alcoholism if nothing else….
And from the sounds of it, the six degrees of separation between Kirsten, Andrew, and their exes is so close that the world may just cave in on them.

It’s not that hard to follow….Vanwyngarden’s ex is Fabiolo Gatti, and (one of) Kirsten’s recent exes is Razorlight singer Johnny Borrell. Fabiola and Johnny have had an on and off thing going for quite a while now, and Andrew and Kirsten met at a concert in the States last month and guess what…you got it.
So which relationship came first?

That of the exes, or this one with Kiki and Andrew? Definitely the exes. It almost sounds 7th grade. No, it DOES sound 7th grade if you date your exes new girlfriends ex just to get back at your ex. Does that make sense? But hey, it IS Kirsten Dunst, she’s been known for stranger things.

Kirsten and Andrew have been only been together for about a month now, but they are on the fast track to hot and heavy. They met in New York, then Kirsten was seen backstage with him at one of his shows in Holland. Then again in Belgium. And they’ve also attended several European festivals together.

Love? I doubt it. They’re probably both just killing time. And the motive of revenge may or may not be there for Kirsten, or even Andrew for that matter.

But so called ‘friends’ of Kirsten (she has any?) are saying that her ex Johnny and Andrew have very much in common and Kirsten may be looking to ‘replace’ Johnny with a reasonable facsimile, or simply, her type is the bad boy rocker thing.

Who knows! But since the Jen and John thing is over, and just about everyone else in Hollywood is *doing the normal thing* and having babies or getting married, then I guess we will take all the new couple alerts that come our way.
