Ashley Olsen’s boyfriend of two years, Hangover star Justin Bartha was spotted looking at engagement rings, according to exclusive video posted by US Weekly.  Isn’t she the more normal of the two sisters?  I can never keep up anymore.  Either way, good for them if they are.
