The Hurt Locker Star Brian Geraghty Can’t Get Another Acting Job

The Hurt locker, a film which managed to take home an impressive 6 Oscars at this years awards, including Best Picture may have been actor Brian Geraghty’s only big screen role. According the the actor, he is having difficulty finding a role after the hype of the Oscars has died down. He admits that the awards were a good time for him, and that people were desperate to talk to him. Now the same people won’t take his calls, and he is thinking of getting a new job:

“It was a little overwhelming because a lot of people want to talk to you. When things are good people want to talk to you and when things are bad they don’t care. Tell you what, I’m unemployed. I’m thinking about getting a bartending job or collecting unemployment because I’m broke!”
