Hilary Duff at the Tribeca Film Festival

Hilary Duff was on the scene at the Tribeca Film Festival last night for the premiere of her movie War Inc. She’s looking pretty, albeit with tons of make up, but I got so used to her with the darker hair! She definitely looked better that way, but she’s still cute!
