Hilary Duff at Boutique Opening

 Here’s someone I haven’t posted about in a while!  Hilary Duff was seen out last night at the Avakian Beverly Hills Boutique opening and also posing with Kristen Bell.  I usually like her style, but that whole outfit has to go!
