Heroes 2.07

Now everyone who’s been complaining about this season of Heroes can officially shut up. Last night’s episode was the best of the season for several reasons…

  1. They finally wrapped up that ridiculous 17th century Japan storyline. Sheesh, that junk could’ve been over in three episodes.
  2. Matt was totally the star of the show; great acting. And we also saw him reach the next level of his powers.
  3. Peter got some of his memory back. Which took long enough.
  4. They got rid of the Irish girl and possibly West.
  5. WE GOT ANSWERS.

Okay, touching back on #5, I LURVED the ending of the episode, when we found out Kensei was still alive (which I kind of already knew) and that he’s Adam, the one who’s killing off all of the original Heroes. He was working with Matt’s dad and it makes total sense that he was the one who killed Hiro’s dad.

Now of course, this comes right at the time where the writers strike begins and as far as I know, the cast is shooting the season finale. Yup. It will be a special alternate ending that will air in December if the strike doesn’t end in time.

And I’m also hearing that the creator of the show, Tim Kring, quit! Yikes. Things aren’t going well for the show. But I seriously think ending the season next month instead of dragging it out could be best for them. Then they’ll have plenty of time to think of a storyline for Season 3 that isn’t the same as Season 1 in a different package.

I agree with you – last nights episode was by far the best of the season. Mainly because of Matt’s acting :)
