TMZ reports that minutes ago while walking a red carpet at a Halloween event in Woodridge NJ, that Danielle Staub, of the Real Housewives of New Jersey was served with a defamation lawsuit by a process server. Staub apparently handed over the envelope to her publicist and kept walking. Apparently the suit is being brought by Staub’s ex Steve Jalewski who was featured on the Bravo show. Jalewski is reportedly suing her because of the numerous times she alleged he tried to shoot or did shoot a sex tape of her.
