Former Male Model Arrested in Cindy Crawford Extortion Plot

Don’t eff with me

Federal investigators say Edis Kayalar was allegedly blackmailing Cindy Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber by threatening to release a disturbing photo snapped by their nanny.

Kayalar, who strutted down the walkway for the German company HERMAEVENTS, was deported back to his native Germany. He has been charged with one count of extortion. (See mug shots below)

The aforementioned childcare provider took a pic of the photogenic couple’s 7-year-old daughter, bound and gagged in a chair, TMZ reported. For shits and giggles apparently.

Where’s her arrest warrant? And, more importantly, her walking papers?

Meanwhile, Crawford and her restauranteur husband had no idea the pic existed.

Kayalar was “in a relationship” with the paparazzi nanny and uncovered the photo, apparently mistaking the youngster as a cash cow because he soon contacted TMZ, the web site said.

“Kayalar said he had taken the photo from the nanny’s room and wanted to know if he could get in trouble for selling it. We offered him no advice and passed on his offer,” the site said.

There’s your answer, bub.
