Recently, a story emerged that Eva Mendes really wants to have kids, and is hoping Ryan Gosling might provide her with some kiddie juice to do so. This seemingly fabricated story has now been backed up with more suspicious behavior – Eva doesn’t want to talk about marriage and motherhood. In a recent interview, Eva avoided the topic all together, stating that she is superstitious about the topic and is also bored of it:
“Those are such boring topics to me. I am not that girl. I am superstitious. I don’t like talking about things that I want in the future because I feel by verbalizing them they won’t come true.”
She does praise her boyfriend Ryan Gosling and says he is great to work with too:
“He’s amazing. He’s your dream co-star. I have never felt so creatively satisfied on a film.”
Eva talks about wanting women to realize that even she has body hang-ups, and hopes people can learn from her and be more realistic about their bodies. She says that everyone has something they feel needs work, and that is a very natural thing:
“It doesn’t matter what you have or what you look like. It’s something everyone has to work at. I realize I have contributed to a certain happy, heathy, empowered image, but that’s not all of me. I felt it’s important to let women know I have similar struggles.”
