Britney Spears was photographed visibly upset leaving the office of her lawyer today. There’s no word as to why Spears was crying, but it could possibly relate to random drug tests which Spears was ordered to undergo in relation to her custody battle with ex-husband, Kevin Federline.

ETA: Hit & Run Charges

…were presumably the reason why Britney was caught sobbing earlier today. She’s been officially charged with one count of hit and run, which caused property damage, and one count of driving without a license. Both misdemeanors could land her in jail for up to six months. Things just keep getting worse. I thought she should’ve gotten locked up for scratching that guys car up with the umbrella.

Oh and all this happened back in August. Britney’s arraignment is set for October 6th. They just won’t LEAVE BRITNEY ALOOOONEEE!!
