Chaz Bono’s DWTS Partner Defends Him

Cher was quick to defend Chaz Bono against critics, but she’s not the only one. According to E!, his Dancing With the Stars partner, Lacey Schwimmer, is also coming to his defense. Lacey thinks it’s “absolutely ridiculous” that anyone has anything negative to say about Chaz. She’s upset and feels that it’s unfair and degrading for someone to say bad things about someone else. Still, she insists she and her partner will focus only on the positive. They’ve “definitely had so much more positive support rather than the negative” already.

Schwimmer also says Bono will blow viewers away once they see him on the show. She says everyone is “going to see a different side of Chaz.” She hopes they’ll stop questioning him and accept him for who he is.
