Carrie Underwood on Cosmopolitan’s Cover
Posted by Pamela on February 10th, 2010Carrie, who graced the cover of the new issue of Cosmopolitan in a revealing red dress, also took part in an interview for the magazine. She spoke honestly about both her fiancé and music career to the interviewer, stating that she is inspired by her soon to be husband:
“He provided a lot of inspiration for songs, whether it was something he said or just by being supportive.”
When asked how she manages to balance her work and her love life, Carrie replies:
“I didn’t want to be one of those people who has an amazing career but ends up alone and unhappy. I want to be happy. I want it all.”
Carrie is asked how she manages to stay grounded and not act like a diva:
“An Oklahoma girl like me wouldn’t even know how to be a diva. I’m just a person who has a cool job. I love to be at home. I rarely go to clubs…and I always wear underwear! I just know I’d fall down, and that’s not for everyone to see.”
Carrie seems genuinely blissfully happy from the sounds of this interview and sounds like she‘s managing to stay level-headed and pretty normal despite her fame. You can get Cosmopolitan magazine here.
