Britney Spears is getting sued Ya’ll.

Hey, maybe she can use her Glee paycheck to pay for lawyers and a likely settlement in the suit if the claims are true.  TMZ claims that Ms. Spears is being sued by a former nanny for a little over $35,000 for one month’s work.  She resigned after a month.  ONE MONTH?  Sh*T that’s like what I make in a year!

Anyways, the woman, Ferial Zaltash claims that she was hired by Brit in Sept of 2007 as a personal assistant and nanny to her kids and that for that month she racked up a bill of $35,202 and when she demanded Spears pay her Brit refused.  She now also wants $19,940  in penalties for unpaid wages and overtime.  Whatever happened to rounding off, at least make it easy and say like $55,000, Britney’s not so good at math.
