Britney’s Daddy’s Takin’ Over!

Since February 1st, Britney Spears’s dad, Jamie, has been in charge of, well, pretty much everything since she has been given the blanket of incompetence. He’s been assigned to watch over her overall ‘well-being’ which, by the way, also includes her $40 million dollar estate. Though she’s been text messaging her friends that being holed up in her own home is making her bored silly, the hideout seems to be keeping her from jumping into the crazy bin again.

It looks like it’s going so well that a hearing today (at 1:30 PST) will decide if Daddy Spears will get to hold the leash on his daughter for an extended period. How long, we don’t know. But this is all very sketchy to a lot of people since, well, his leash includes her bozillions of bucks, and also, she and he have NOT exactly had a Daddy’s Little Girl kind of relationship. Hey, if she’s not running around Betsey Johnson naked, I think it’s a step up for her, no matter WHO’S in charge.
