Blake Lewis Single News

Lot’s of details on Blake Lewis’ new album and single have hit the net, care of a few fans who got the news straight from the horses mouth at the Philadelphia concert. Blake says that his first single will be called “What You Got to Lose”. The song is actually a reworked version of one of his classics, called Jealousy, that he co-wrote with (I bet you’ll never guess) Chris Richardson. And he described this new version of the song as “James Brown meets Prince meets California by Tupac”. Coolness.

And even better, his album (ADD) has a release date….November 27th! I’m thinking the single should drop later this month or sometime in October.

To Blake and Chris I hear the American Idol tour was out of this world. My girlfriend and her mother went at Mellon Arena… I am busy with the Van Halen tour in Charlotte, NC. Blake cant wait for the CD and when are Chris and Blake going on there own tour…. I cant wait to hear the two of them together. Blake you owe me an autograph…. Sharon
