Adopting a baby can be extremely rewarding, perhaps saving a child from what might have otherwise been a hard life or a life without a family. These 6 celebs have all said that they would love to adopt at least one child in the future, following in the footsteps of the likes of Angelina Jolie, Sandra Bullock and Katherine Heigl who have all adopted very successfully in the past, and seem to be blissfully happy with their new additions too.
Debbie Harry
Debbie Harry says she has thought about it: “I’ve thought of adoption, which I think I’d be really good at. Now that this terrible earthquake has happened in Japan, there will be lots of children needing homes.”

Seal finds the idea inspiring and would like to adopt in the future: “I was really inspired by Sandra Bullock. She came around with her adopted son and she’s raising a little boy by herself. She’s giving him a chance, but he doesn’t know it yet, which is just awesome.”
Robbie Williams
Robbie Williams wants to have his own children and hopes to adopt too: “I wanted to adopt straight away when I got to Haiti. That’s the instant guilt thing you get when you first get to somewhere like that. But I’ve got a few things I want to do before that happens. I’ll probably have a couple of my own first and then I’d like to adopt a couple too.”
Queen Latifah
Queen Latifah says she hopes to adopt a baby who needs a good home in the future: “I want to have and adopt. I always have, ever since I was 18 I wanted a baby and I wanted to have and adopt because there are a lot of kids. I want to adopt an American baby though, you know what I mean, no offense, just because there are so many kids here that need our help. My sister is a social worker, and there are just so many kids that could use a good home.”

Nicole says she hopes to have a few kids in the future and would consider adopting: “Yeah, I’d like to adopt. I’d like to have a couple of kids in the future, no more than that. I won’t be surrounded by children.”

Jessica Alba says she wants to adopt and have a big family: I’m totally inspired. If you have the love, and the capacity to love children, you should just adopt. And I plan on doing it. My mom grew up around a huge family, and they always wanted more kids, and I was like, ‘Why don’t you just adopt?’”
