5 Stars Who Have Created Their Own Fashion Lines

Stars like to do a lot of different crap. Some direct, some sing, some start clothing lines. It’s all the same to me – an outlet for them to get more exposure and sell themselves as well as products (I’m not jaded, right?). Some celebrities really have made success in a major way with their fashion lines, making them moguls and less blips on my radar of obnoxiousness. Here are 5!

Jessica Simpson

Jessica Simpson created her own line of clothing, accessories and most popularly shoes that has made her a billion dollar CEO. Wow, that’ll buy you a lot of Carvels, Jessica.

Beyonce

Beyonce has the company which is run by her mother and herself, called House of Dereon. I love the discreet product placement in her songs, too. Does this mean there’ll be a Baby House of Dereon, soon? And, what is Dereon?

  P Diddy

P Diddy owns Sean John, that company that they sell a lot of in local Marshalls and TJ Maxxes. Does that mean it’s successful, or not? My brain is confused.

Gwen Stefani

Gwen Stefani started L.A.M.B and Harajuku Lovers, which specializes in weird crap that sorta ugly cute that I probably can’t wear and certainly can’t afford!

Hilary Duff

Hilary Duff still has “Duff,” formerly “Duff Stuff.” Clever! She should start selling Duff Beer. Get it? Simpsons reference? Anyone? Bueller?
