They claim that they simply weren’t expecting to become pregnant when they did but nevertheless are very happy with the news. The most recent star who announced her shock pregnancy was 46-year-old Halle Berry who thought it wouldn’t be possible for her to conceive anymore due to her age but is still completely thrilled with the news that she’ll be adding to her family.

Evan denied that she was pregnant only to later find out that she actually was – so she took to twitter to clear up the confusion. Sounding surprised, she wrote: “Remember when i said, “No baby on the way here” Well, I didnt know there actually was!”
Halle Berry
Halle recently found out that she’s pregnant with her second child and she says the news comes as a big shock: “I feel fantastic. This has been the biggest surprise of my life to tell you the truth. I thought I was kind of past the point where this (pregnancy) could be a reality for me. So it’s been a big surprise and the most wonderful.”

Kate found out she was pregnant just two months into her romance with Matt Bellamy and confesses that she was worried how he would react: “It was all very old-fashioned and proper and we went on lovely dates, but two months later I was pregnant. I was shocked, but I also thought: ‘This is going to be interesting.’ I knew it would take a strong man to deal with it. You know that with a relationship things can go either way when you have a child. When you get pregnant everything changes; you, your body. Everything becomes a big decision, but he was there and that was that.”

Kim was surprised to find out she was pregnant because she was sure she would struggle with fertility: “It’s kind of a miracle that I did get pregnant… I know Khloe has been very open about her fertility issues and I think I was always really kind of quiet about mine – and I have similar issues. So it was a pleasant surprise when so many doctors were telling me one thing and then the opposite happens. And that’s just an exciting moment, you can’t plan for things like that. I think it’s just such a blessing knowing my circumstance… The best surprises just happen when you don’t plan.”

Tamera was expecting it to be difficult to get pregnant so was shocked when it happened so fast: “My husband and I hadn’t made a conscious decision to start trying to have a baby. However, after an amazing, life-changing trip to Africa, we decided we would leave our chances up to God. Two months later, we became pregnant. Whoa, that was fast! I had heard stories that becoming pregnant can sometimes take awhile, so I was definitely caught off-guard. But what a beautiful surprise. It took a while before the fact that I was pregnant settled in. Once it did, I kept reciting to myself, ‘I’m going to be a mom. I’m going to be a mom.’ I will never forget the feeling that swept over me. I found myself pacing my room with excitement and experienced a sense of joy I have never felt before.”
